Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms govern your use of DashWP. By joining the waitlist, creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use DashWP.

1. The service

DashWP is a service that lets you connect and manage multiple WordPress websites from one dashboard - updates, security checks, uptime and reports. DashWP is operated by Reducto Ltd, registered in Bulgaria, company number (UIC) 208651488, VAT No. BG208651488. During early access some features may change, be limited or unavailable.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. Notify us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.

3. Your responsibilities for connected sites

You confirm that you own or are authorised to manage every WordPress website you connect to DashWP. You are responsible for your own content, for maintaining your own backups, and for the consequences of actions you trigger through DashWP (such as applying updates). You must not use DashWP to access sites you are not permitted to manage.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including: attempting to breach security or access data that is not yours; interfering with or overloading the service; using it for unlawful, infringing or harmful activity; or reselling the service without our written permission.

5. Fees

Pricing and paid plans, if any, will be presented clearly before you subscribe. During early access, use of DashWP may be free or invitation-based. Any fees, billing cycles and refund terms will be described at the point of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

DashWP, its software, design and trademarks remain the property of Reducto Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Your data and your websites remain yours.

7. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will detect every update, vulnerability or outage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashWP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profit or revenue arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we will delete or anonymise your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, and any disputes are subject to the competent Bulgarian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
